“The passion to see beyond what is admirable to the eye

The love that is felt deep within one's soul

The mystery captured through light and form

With honesty, humility and grace...

Only then can you tell your heart to be strong enough to love true art."

Pomegranates

Ever wonder how to eat a pomegranate?

When you open one, all the seeds are so difficult to get out of the fruit membrane and eating it becomes a mess.

The trick is to soak the fruit in a bowl of cold water, and gently squeeze the seeds apart from the membranes.

The seeds will come off easily, sinking to the bottom of the bowl, while the rest of the fruit floats off.

Drain the water and remaining membranes.

Voila!  Seeds to devour without the mess.  Eat it as is, with cereal or salad, blend and strain for juice... healthy fruit for the family!
