COOKING ARROZ VALENCIANA

... so I looked for the recipe for Arroz Valenciana ...

... and prepared the ingredients ...


... started cooking the garlic in olive oil ...


... and "browned" the sausages ...


... and chicken too ...


... boiling eggs on the side ...


... added broth, tomato sauce, spices and simmered ...


... removing the bay leaf after 30 minutes ...


... then added sweet brown rice (healthier!) ...


... when rice was half-cooked, added shrimps, peas and raisins ...
... you can add lots more stuff too like mussels ...


... mixed the condiments slowly ...
... simmering till rice was done ...


... decorated with eggs before serving ... voila!
